Cambios y Devoluciones

Garlan’s da a sus clientes un plazo de 30 días para hacer algún cambio o devolución de mercancía a partir de la fecha de compra. La mercancía debe de estar en condición nueva, en su empaque original (si es el caso), sin señas de uso o mal olor y con las etiquetas puestas. Aplican algunas excepciones:

Con recibo de compra: Artículos comprados en Garlan’s califican para cambio o reembolso por el monto original de compra en el método original de pago.

Con recibo de regalo: Artículos comprados en Garlan’s califican para cambio o reembolso por el monto del recibo de regalo en la forma de una tarjeta de regalo de Garlan’s.

Sin recibo de compra: Artículos comprados en Garlan’s califican para cambio o reembolso por el monto original de compra en la forma de una tarjeta de regalo de Garlan’s.

a) No se aceptan cambios ni devoluciones en ropa interior o joyería.

b) El plazo para hacer cualquier cambio o devolución de perfumería es de 15 días a partir de la fecha de compra.

c) La mercancía rebajada con el 40% o más de su precio original tiene un plazo de 30 días para hacer algún cambio. No se aceptan devoluciones en esta mercancía.

Presenta el recibo de compra con la mercancía que desea regresar en el departamento de servicio al cliente en la tienda y haremos el reembolso por el monto original de compra en el método original de pago.
¿No tienes el recibo de compra? No te preocupes, aun podemos hacer la devolución con reembolso en la forma de una tarjeta de regalo.
Nota: Para hacer cualquier devolución la mercancía debe cumplir con nuestra política de cambios y devoluciones.

Presenta el recibo de compra con la mercancía que desea cambiar en el departamento de servicio al cliente en la tienda.
Si la mercancía que desea llevar es de menor precio que la que está regresando, se le hará el reembolso en el método original de pago.
Si la mercancía que desea llevar es de mayor precio que la que está regresando, deberá de cubrir la diferencia en el método de pago que desee.
Nota: Para hacer cualquier devolución la mercancía debe cumplir con nuestra política de cambios y devoluciones.

Solicitud de Crédito

Ser mayor de edad y presentar tu solicitud de crédito en el sitio www.garlans.com o puedes hacerlo en persona en tienda, se te pedirá un comprobante de ingresos, uno de domicilio y una identificación.

1. Comprobante de ingresos reciente, y puede ser: Un talón de cheque, una carta de trabajo, una nómina o una declaración de impuestos.
2. Comprobante de domicilio reciente y pueden ser: Un recibo de luz, agua o teléfono. (no importa si no está a tu nombre)
3. Una identificación (IFE, INE, Licencia o ID)

Claro que sí, solo presenta tu solicitud de crédito y envía tus comprobantes, a través del sitio: www.garlans.com o visítanos en tienda para hacerlo personalmente.

Después de enviar tu solicitud, recibirás un email y te contactaremos dentro de nuestro horario de atención, para decirte si tu crédito fue aprobado, pre-aprobado o no aprobado.

- Crédito Aprobado: Quiere decir que tu solicitud está completa, no te hace falta ningún comprobante, y ya solo tienes que pasar a la tienda por tu tarjeta.
- Crédito Pre-aprobado: Quiere decir que hace falta al menos un comprobante para entregarte tu tarjeta, y lo (s) puedes presentar en tienda o enviarlo (s) al correo: customerservice@garlans.com
- Crédito No Aprobado: Quiere decir que por el momento tu solicitud de crédito no fue aprobada, para mayor información comunícate con nosotros al teléfono: (760) 357 – 6846 ext. 2034

Tarjeta de Crédito Garlan’s

Es muy simple, el crédito que ofrecemos es del tipo revolvente. Es decir, a su cuenta se le otorga un cierto límite de crédito y se puede utilizar repetidamente hasta llegar a ese límite, el crédito disponible disminuye cuando se carga a la cuenta y aumenta cuando se abona.
Al crédito se le aplica una tasa de interés del 1.92% mensual, los abonos mínimos se determinan por el balance de cuenta y se pueden realizar desde el día 1ro hasta el día 23 de cada mes. No hacemos ningún cargo por anualidad ni por manejo de cuenta, y tampoco tienes que dejar nada de enganche al cargar.

El abono mínimo lo determina el balance de la cuenta, y están dados como lo indica la siguiente página: Garlan's Charge Account

La fecha límite para abonar a la cuenta es el dia 23 de cada mes, pero recuerda que puedes abonar desde el dia 1ro de cada mes.

Se aplica un recargo en la cuenta, si el balance de la cuenta es menor a $50.00 el recargo es de $15.00, si el balance de la cuenta es mayor a $50.00 el recargo es de $25.00.

Si no puedes venir a la tienda a abonar, puedes dar tu abono por teléfono a través de una tarjeta de débito o crédito, este servicio tiene un costo de $10.00 dlls.

Estado de cuenta: Cada mes enviamos el estado de cuenta a tu domicilio, en el puedes ver tu balance, así como las transacciones del último mes.

Email: Si tienes registrado tu correo electrónico en la cuenta Garlan’s, recibe cada día 1ro del mes el resumen de tu estado de cuenta, en el podrá encontrar tu balance.

Teléfono: También puedes contactarnos al teléfono (760) 357 – 6846 ext. 2034 y con gusto le daremos la información que solicite.

Reportarla al teléfono (760) 357 – 6846 ext. 2034 y en su próxima visita a la tienda solicite un reemplazo de su tarjeta.

Garlan’s Rewards

Garlan’s rewards es un programa de lealtad que ofrece beneficios exclusivos, ahorros y más. Si tienes crédito Garlan’s automáticamente ya tienes acceso a los beneficios de Garlan’s rewards.

Obtén 1 punto por cada dólar de compra, los puntos que se generen de una transacción estarán disponibles para utilizarse como descuentos en la próxima compra o se pueden seguir acumulando. Los puntos se pueden utilizar exclusivamente en compras de mercancía.

Cuando regresas mercancía, los puntos obtenidos por esa compra se restan del balance de puntos.

No, tus puntos no expiran, los puedes seguir acumulando hasta que tú lo desees.

Envíos a Mexicali

Para recibir tu mercancía en Mexicali sigue los siguientes pasos:

1.- En el checkout de tu compra selecciona la opción: “Enviar a Mexicali”

2.- Ingresa tus datos.

3.- Termina la transacción.

4.- Nos pondremos en contacto contigo dentro de nuestro horario de atención para establecer el lugar y hora en que recibirás tu mercancía.

Los envíos de mercancía a Mexicali tienen un costo de $5.00.

De 3 a 5 días hábiles.

Store Information

We are open between 10:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Saturday and 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Sundays. We are open every day, except for certain holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

At Garlan’s we’re committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We give our customers a full 30 days after the date of purchase to return or exchange merchandise. Fragrances may be returned up to 15 days after the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused/unscented and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items that are non-returnable include:

Gift cards
Some health and personal care items
Undergarments such as briefs
Jewelry

CLEARANCE merchandise that is equal to or greater than 40% OFF its original price may only be exchanged for another item. We do not issue refunds on CLEARANCE merchandise.

REFUNDS

With a store receipt or proof of purchase, you may return or exchange merchandise for the original value of your purchase. If you have a Gift receipt you may return or exchange merchandise for the value listed on the gift receipt and/or you will be given a Garlan’s Gift Card of equal value. We do not issue refunds on merchandise being returned with a Gift receipt.

Without a store receipt or proof of purchase  you may return or exchange merchandise for the current value of the merchandise and you will be given a Garlan’s Gift Card of equal value.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will inform you at once or send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-4 business days after having approved your return.

REFUND PROCESSING DELAYS (if applicable)

On occasion there may be some delays or additional processing time before a refund is posted to your bank or credit account. However, if you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at customerservice@garlans.com and we will be happy to assist you.

WHERE TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE:

To return your purchase, you may bring your item to our store located at 235 East Second Street, Calexico, CA 92231.

If you plan on shipping your return item to us,

Please ship or mail your item to: Garlan's, Inc., 235 E. 2nd St., Calexico CA 92231, Attn: Customer Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the refund amount will be for the value of the returned merchandise only.

Always use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We are not able to guarantee that we will receive your the items you are returning.

Easy, just come in to the store and visit our customer service department. Show your receipt or proof of purchase and we’ll take care of you right away.  No proof of purchase? No worries. We can still do exchanges or refunds with a Garlan’s Gift Card.

Garlan's Credit

To qualify for a Garlan’s Credit Card, you have to be 18 years or older. show valid identification, proof of income, and proof of current residency. We will then ask you to fill out the Garlan’s Credit application so that we can run your credit.  After that we can usually provide you with an answer within 20 minutes of applying. Visit Garlan’s today and see a store associate for more details.

1. We’ll need current proof of income. It can be a recent pay or check stub from your current employer.
2. We’ll need proof of residency, This can a recent bill or invoice from your local utility company.
3. We’ll need to see valid government issued identification such as a Driver's license, or passport.

Once you sign the Garlan’s credit application, we get right to work running the necessary credit reports from major credit reporting agencies. We usually have an answer for you within 15-20 minutes after you’ve applied. If you’re here at the store we’ll speak with you directly. If you’re not here we will either call you directly or send you and email regarding the status of your application.

- A “Pre-Approved” status  means that we still need one or more documents to process your application.

- “An “Approved” status means that we have reviewed your credit scores as well as the documentation you have submitted all everything meets our credit underwriting standards. You are now ready to pick up your Garlan’s Credit Card and start shopping.

- “Not Approved”: A credit application that has not been approved simply means that your credit history or the documents you provided did not meet our underwriting standards in order to approve your credit application. The Garlan’s Credit Card

Very simple. The Garlan’s Credit card program is a revolving charge account that works in much the same way any major bank or department store charge accounts work today. You are assigned a credit limit based on the information you provided when you applied and you can charge your purchases to your account up to the provided credit limit without leaving any type of down payment or deposit. Your available credit is reduced by the amount you currently owe and your available credit increases by the amount of payment or return that you make. At present Garlan’s charges a 23.99% annual or 1.92 monthly interest rate and we use the average daily balance method to calculate finance charges. Minimum payments are determined by the balance of your account at the end of the billing cycle. All payments are due by the 23rd of every month. We do not charge annual membership fees.

All minimum payments are due by the 23rd of each month. However you may make your minimum payment any day between the 1st and the 23rd of each month without incurring late payment penalties.

If we do not receive your payment by the 23rd, you will incur a $25 late payment penalty if your balance is higher than $50.0, or a $15.00 late payment penalty if your balance is less than $50.00.

If you can not visit the store to make your payment, no worries, we can take your payment over the phone with most major credit or debit cards. The fee for this service is $10.00. Just call our customer service department at 760-357-6846 ext 2034 and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.

At the beginning of every month we will mail your monthly billing statement. The statement will show your balance at the closing of the previous month and all the transactions that occurred on your account during that month. If you register your email address with us we can also email you a summary of your monthly billing statement. Another option is to send us a private message on our facebook page. And finally you can always call our customer service department at 760-357-6846 ext 2034 and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.

If your card was lost or stolen, Report it immediately! Call us at at (760) 357 – 6846 ext. 2034 so that we can code and protect your account. On your next visit we will provide you with a new one.

Garlan’s Rewards

At Garlan’s we really appreciate your preference and your business, but we don’t just say it, we show our appreciation with our Garlan’s Loyalty Reward program. The Garlan’s Loyalty Rewards program offers exclusive benefits like discounts, coupons and more. If you are Garlan’s Credit customers you are automatically enrolled in our Loyalty rewards program.

You earn points every time you shop with your Garlan’s Credit Card. You can earn 1 point for every dollar you spend at Garlan’s and your points are redeemable on merchandise purchases anytime you like. You can also choose to accumulate your points rather than use them all at once.

When you return your purchases, the points you accumulated with those purchases are subtracted from your loyalty rewards points balance.

Garlan’s Loyalty Rewards points do not expire. You can continue to accumulate them for as long as the program exists.

Special Orders

We sure do! If the vendor still has stock of the item you want, we can probably special order it for you. However we only special order items at regular price. So if its on sale, we can still get it for you but you’d have to pay the regular retail price.

Layaways

Yes we do. You can layaway any item in the store (except CLEARANCE items) for 1 to 2 months depending on the time of year. All we ask for is a small 10% deposit and biweekly payments thereafter. The item will be held in your name until you pay off the balance and pick up the item.
