 The vast majority of orders are shipped on the day the order is placed before 3:00 pm. Orders confirmed after 3pm or on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping and Handling charges are based on the subtotal of your order and the shipping method selected. Special promotions and offers may reduce or eliminate shipping charges, however handling charges may still apply. 

Garlan’s will not deliver to known expeditors or freight forwarders. Garlan’s is not responsible for and will have no liability for pick up or delivery by non Garlan’s delivery agents.

To ensure your order reaches you safely, an additional surcharge may apply to some heavy or bulky items due to size, weight or special handling required. This item surcharge is in addition to standard and expedited shipping rates.

Free Shipping (if applicable)

We offer free shipping on special days and holidays in which we create free shipping coupons in our site. When available, said coupons are automatically applied to our customers’ Cart and Checkout page, according to the promo.

Orders that qualify for free shipping are shipped our Standard Delivery 3-4 business day method.

Local delivery (to Calexico guaranteed in 24 hours)

Rate: $5.00

Our Local Delivery applies only to Calexico addresses, and it is guaranteed to be delivered within the next 24 hours after your purchase, you can select this delivery method at check out. Orders are shipped UPS or USPS. Usually, UPS will ring your doorbell then leave the package in a sheltered area. USPS will deliver the package in your mailbox if it fits, or put it by your door.

The estimated delivery date is based on the selected shipping method.  Shipping dates are based on business days, they do not include weekends.

Same day or In-store Pickup

If you choose to pick up your order at our store most orders are ready for pick-up within one hour after we confirm your purchase. You will be contacted when your order is ready to be picked up. Your purchase will be charged to your payment card or account at the time your order is confirmed. For your protection, please bring the payment card used for payment when picking up your order.

If you choose same day or in-store pickup during checkout, ordered items are typically ready within 1 hour.  For same day or in-store pickup, your order must be submitted by 6pm local time (4pm local time Sunday). Orders placed after 7pm local time (5pm local time Sunday), may not be available until the next business day. Orders placed prior to your local store opening hours will require 2 hours before being ready to be picked up. Please wait for your “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the store. You'll be required to show a valid driver's license or ID, credit card used for the transactions, and order number in order to pick up your items.  If someone else will be picking up your order that person will vneed to show his/her valid driver's license or ID and the order number at the store. Only you, or the person you've designated (when placing your order) can pick up your items. 

Orders are held for 10 days only, so please call the store if you need extra time. After 10 days, merchandise is returned and your card or account credited for the purchase price of the items (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable).
